Ordering
There are 4 easy ways to order. 1. Shop online at www.museumsofcanada.ca 2. Call toll-free 1-800-221-4443 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern) 3. Fax 1-613-233-5438. Complete order form and fax to our 24-hour fax line. (Credit card holders only.) 4. Mail your order to: Selections, 400 - 280 Metcalfe Street, Ottawa, ON K2P 1R7 (Sorry, no C.O.D. accepted. Please do not send cash in the mail.)
We accept MasterCard and Visa and, cheques or money orders made payable to CMA Selections.
Cancelling an order
We begin to process your order immediately after you submit your order. We pick, pack, wrap and ship your order as quickly as we can. We do not have the ability to change or stop orders once they have been placed. Instead of cancelling your order, simply return the product to us when you receive it. We will refund the original cost of the merchandise. For additional help, please contact a customer service representative by calling toll-free 1-800-221-4443.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Orders received prior to December 14, 2009 will be delivered before Christmas.
Canadian Destinations: Shipping charges are subject to 5% GST throughout Canada and 8% PST if delivered in Ontario, 13% HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.
Orders Totaling $25.00 and under . . $10.00 $100.01 to $150.00 . .$24.00 $25.01 to $75.00 . . $18.00 over $150.01 . . . .$25.00 $75.01 to $100.00 . $20.00
For Rush Delivery, add $18 to Regular Delivery charges. If shipping to more than one address, please add the correct shipping and handling charge for each additional address for Regular Delivery and add $18.00 per additional address for Rush Delivery within Canada.
US destinations: For each address add $18 to Canadian shipping charges for Regular and $25 for Air Mail.
International orders: International orders cannot be placed through this system.
Returns and exchanges
Your Satisfaction is guaranteed or your money refunded! We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not suit you, you may return it within 30 days with your receipt for a full refund, credit or replacement. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Items must be returned in their original condition. No returns will be accepted for custom products (such as cartouche jewellery and papyri). For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or food items. Please call our customer service line at 1-800-221-4443 to obtain a Return Authorization ID # prior to shipping your returned merchandise.
The Return Authorization ID # needs to be prominently displayed on the package you are returning. If the Return Authorization ID # is not on the package, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you without being processed.
